Since our inception in 2007, Pink Silks has strived to ensure all our beneficiaries are organisations that support very specific illnesses, and PST not only assists with equipment and support, but to increase the awareness of that illness and the focussed work they do for the women in our community.

PST don’t support individual requests, as we believe in helping on a broader scale.

We want to impact as many women as possible for as many years as possible with each donation provided.

Each year is a new year with the submission applications, and this provides equal opportunities for funding by our community groups. Each PST funding application is to be completed outlining their project requirements, which is then assessed by the committee.

We research each beneficiary and application to decide which group receives funding, the amount, and their priority.

We have a responsibility to our generous donators and supporters to ensure the funding that is allocated to organisations is spent as requested and assists as many local women as possible.
